Booking Process

  • Build Your Wishlist

    Add items to your wishlist as you browse through our growing inventory of backdrops, inflatables, entertainment , decor, props and more. Select how you would like to rent the item-hourly or a full day and click “Add to Cart”

  • Submit Your Wishlist

    Once you've finalized your selections, it's time to submit your wishlist to be reviewed and approved. Click the bag at the top of the page to proceed with your quote. Please be sure to enter all required info on the submission screen.

  • Approve Your Quote

    Upon submittal of your wishlist, we will process your quote and send it to you for your review and approval.

    Once approved, a nonrefundable 50% down payment is required to secure your rental items and event date.

  • Delivery or Pickup

    Depending on the item being rented(some items are only available for delivery by our team of professionals) you can choose either delivery or pickup. For delivery, team will ensure that all rentals are delivered at least 1 hour prior to your event's start time and will collect them within a 1 hour period following the event’s end.

Delivery & Set Up

Our top-tier delivery service features enhanced delivery options, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and precision. Our team will ensure that all rentals are delivered at least 1 hour prior to your event's start time and will collect them within a 1 hour period following the event’s end.
