Muse Event Essentials Responsibility 

Muse Event Essentials is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring timely arrivals for all events. We offer high-quality prop and furniture rentals in excellent condition. However, please be aware that Muse does not guarantee rental items to be free of signs of wear. Additionally, Muse Event Essentials reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Fees

Late Payments - If the final payment is not received 14 days before the event, a late fee of $100 will be applied. If the final payment remains unpaid within 7 days of the event, the late fee will increase to $200. Should full payment not be completed within 3 days of the event, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Late Pickup/Return Fee - If drivers arrive to the event during the requested timeframe written in the contract and are unable to obtain Muse Event Essentials’ property or client doesn’t return rented items at the stated time in the contract, client must pay an additional $500 inconvenience fee for later pick up/return.

Early Morning/Late Night Deliveries/Pickups -  An additional fee will apply for early morning delivery/pickup (before 9am) and after hour delivery/pickup (after 12am).

Damage & Loss

Repair/replacement charges will be assessed on any equipment due to loss, theft, negligence or abuse, or intentional damage by the client or client's guests. Responsibility for equipment remains with customer from delivery/pickup until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and is protected from weather and irrigation/sprinkler equipment.

If a rental item is lost or returned to Muse Event Essentials broken or damaged in any way, client will be charged up to five (5) times the rental cost of the item. Client agrees to provide a valid credit or debit card number at time of reservation, which will be charged by Muse Event Essentials to pay for any such loss or damage. Fees will be due upon billing and Muse Event Essentials will make all reasonable efforts to notify customer of fees before the card is charged. If the card information provided is inaccurate or if for any reason we are unable to collect payment, Muse Event Essentials will start court proceedings, for which the client will be responsible for the total amount owed, court fees and all other applicable fees.

Please be advised, ANY damage to rentals will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.

Please note, we can not control the weather. This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:

Damage caused by: Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold Damage from moving props

Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.

Liability

Client is responsible for the safety and reliability of the event venue and its furnishings. Client is also responsible for any injury, loss, death or damage from Muse Event Essentials employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by Muse Event Essentials. Client shall indemnify Muse Event Essentials against any claim, action, damages, and liability, including attorneys’ fees, arising or connected with customer’s use and possession of the rental property.

Changes to Order
Once you have completed the initial booking process and made the appropriate payment, your rentals are officially reserved for your event. Please note, clients may ONLY add items to the reservation, subject to the same terms, once a booking has been confirmed

Photo Release
(permission to used photographs). We ask that you grant Muse Event Essentials, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of customer and any services granted in connection to any of their properties with the above-identified subject. We ask that you authorize Muse Event Essentials its assigns and transferees to copyright use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. We ask that you agree that Muse Event Essentials may use such photos with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustrations, advertising, and any web or social media content.

Outdoor Decor

We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your decor. However, due to the general nature of Mother Nature, we CANNOT guarantee that decor will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors.
